As more sustainability-conscious customers continued to inquire about the company’s CSR efforts, Lexmark recognized an opportunity to leverage its long-standing focus on sustainability as a competitive sales advantage.
To create a living, fluid CSR narrative, we designed and developed a “Global Citizenship” website for Lexmark (unbound by reporting periods) to keep fresh CSR content available to stakeholders.
We built a blog to highlight new CSR initiatives in real-time.
Black & White also designed a comprehensive CSR GRI report that is integrated into the site as an interactive PDF.
We built an interactive, custom-PDF building tool that allows for tailored CSR reporting based on the viewer’s specific CSR interests. If you’re interested only in Lexmark’s GHG emissions, you can build a custom report with only that content.
In the first weeks after launch, the site received over 4,000 page views from over 1,200 unique visitors, spending almost 5:00 minutes per session.
