With 4200 employees nationwide, Verso Paper Company approached Black & White to create a brand for its employee benefits program. After analyzing existing materials at Verso and conducting a peer-review of similar companies, we developed the tagline Live Life Well and created an identity of a stylized leaf. The symbol represents growth and life and is accented with colors conveying vibrancy. As part of the program, we also developed printed and digital postcards to remind employees of the upcoming enrollment period and designed both represented and non-represented programs to communicate the benefits packages available.
