The 100-Day Dash is Humana’s largest belonging event where its 50,000+ employees unite to build confidence in themselves, support others and give back to the communities they serve. It is designed to help Humana team members reach their well-being goals whether that means more daily activity, stronger connections to others, or simply being part of something meaningful. Black & White has helped develop the messaging and creative for the event for over five years, designing the event brand, print communications, email campaigns, social posts, medals, swag and more.
